Although introducing admixture will enhance performance, but also consume it immediately with no time delay. Once begin to set, altering the mortar mixture can compromise the strength and adhesion. Adhesive are designed to perform within specific thickness range within 5 millimeters to 10 millimeters. Beyond limit leads to bonding issues.
